  • The founder: Father André Ascension from the Pallotin community.
  • The main activities: The young singers do different activities including helping Christians to pray during mass celebrations and other Catholic feasts. They conduct charity activities such as visiting patients in Kinoni Health Center, feeding and clothing other vulnerable people. The majority of members are students in primary school. They have retreat and organize musical concert every year. Their traditional dance troop performs cultural and Literally songs to promote peace. Pueri Cantores Kinoni encourages all Christians all over the world to engage more in charity work and often sing the peace of God, which the world needs. They have attended only one national congregation so far.
  • The members: Pueri Cantores Kinoni has 80 member; 63 girls and 17 boys from all places within the Pallotin Parish and 71 had sworn in.
  • The location: Kinoni Parish of Ruhengeri Diocese is situated in Burera District, Western Province at the boarder of Rwanda and Uganda. It is close to the Volcano National Park particularly closer to Muhabura Volcano, the tallest of all. It is also near Burera Lake and the Junior Seminary of Nkumba. Tourists often come to visit the area due to its beauty of high hills, lakes and gorillas. Kinoni Parish belongs to white priests from the Pallotin Community and was built in 1988 with the name of Saint Joseph. It is in 12 Km from Musanze town and 115 from Kigali.
