- The main activities: Pueri Cantores in Magi Parish does many different religious activities including helping Christians to pray by singing in masses and other Catholic feasts. They also engage in charity activities by helping the most vulnerable members. They take care of helpless people, they participate in Umuganda (Community Work), and they hold religious tours and retreats every year. Most members of Pueri Cantores Magi are students in primary and secondary schools.
- Members: Pueri Cantores Magi constitutes of 50 members and 35 have sworn in.
- Location: Magi is one of parishes in Butare Diocese and it was inaugurated recently on December 26,2004. . Butare Diocese is in the Southern Province and is headed by Bishop Philippe Rukamba, who grew up in Pueri Cantores Zaza. In this Diocese, there is the junior seminary of Karubanda and the senior seminary of Nyakibanda. It is also the first Diocese with many clergies and The University of Rwanda is found there, which is why a significant number of students/scholars attend masses there. Due to its beauty and remarkable achievements, many people travel to have retreats there especially in Monastere de Gihindamuyaga (Moine Benedictins). There is a distance of 6 km from Kigali to Magi Parish.
